They are authored by individual MKs, groups of MKs, or outside organization. The committee bases its own draft on the consensus reached during discussion, proposals like these, and other considerations. These drafts, therefore, are not pieces of the draft constitution -- merely proposals considered by the committee. The Committee's proposed draft for a Constitution for Israel will be released in late June, 2005, and will be posted in English to the "Committee Drafts" page shortly thereafter.
